Emergency response geotechical team mobilised quickly for J Murphy at Liverpool Lime Street

Further an emergency response request from Murphy who are leading the emergency response team at Liverpool Lime Street, the Central Alliance Geo technical team have been on site since Saturday, providing Murphy with detailed ground investigation services including rotary boreholes to help assess the ground conditions on the steep cutting above the collapsed wall.   Murphy has already removed over 4,000t of material and Paul Mohan, Rail Sector Director, was on site yesterday and met with Martin Frobisher -Network Rail Managing Director- LNW, and Louise Ellman MP and Chair of the Transport Select Committee, both of whom were very impressed with the whole emergency response team work.
