Survey Central team achieve skills excellence
Central Alliance invest in training Survey Central team to achieve NVQ Level 5 ‘Senior Utility Mapping Surveyor’ status.
Central Alliance has always believed that investment in training ensures services are delivered more effectively. Recent focus on surveying training and subsequent successful assessment of key members of our Survey Central team means they are now NVQ qualified in ‘Utility Mapping & Surveying’ and CSCS qualified as ‘Senior Utility Mapping Surveyors’. This qualification is key to plans to work with the PAS 128 guidelines and maintain the standards that the utility surveying industry needs to adopt.
Neil Tissington, Senior Project Manager said, “PAS 128 provides the basis for consistent and reliable levels of service across the utility detection industry which in turn will raise the survey standards and ultimately benefit our clients. Our clients are now set to really benefit from Survey Central expertise and our commitment to training our workforce underpins our professional approach to all the pre-construction work we undertake and helps us to deliver better quality services”.
Rachel Massey, Business Director said, “We are keen to provide a continuous programme of investment in our surveying team, training them and putting them through their professional qualifications. In addition to the NVQ training and assessment provision, we are also looking at taking on apprentice surveyors so we can grow our team organically”.
