Central Alliance sign 4 year Rail Framework agreement with Murphy Group for pre-construction services
Building on a successful pre-construction partnership
This new framework will allow Central Alliance to compete for work in the rail sector without having to go through procurement processes for each and every contract.
Central Alliance’s selection follows a lengthy and thorough appraisal that involved the evaluation of ALL pre-construction services provided in both Geo and Survey businesses. Central Alliance will be one of a select few who will supply Murphy Group under the new framework.
Commenting on the award, Richard Pidcock, Technical Director of Central Alliance said: “We felt that Central Alliance’s submission and track record was of the highest quality. We are seeing a significant increase in demand for projects that involve engaging a wider range of pre-construction services and an interest in using innovative, integrated technology solutions to help tackle issues on site and we look forward to developing strong working relationships as we move ahead.”
On hearing of their successful selection, Pete Bevils, Central Alliance CEO said: “We are delighted to be involved in this exciting new framework and we would like to congratulate Richard and his team for the quality of their response to the questions posed throughout the evaluation process. We are seeing a real step change in the way our clients are procuring pre-construction services. This framework should make it easier and quicker for Murphy Group to procure Central Alliance services and benefit from the expertise that one collective team brings, to support all their rail projects.”
